Agile Project Management Training
The Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 4 days. This course will help candidates gain qualifications to successfully pass the exam. The agile management qualification is for those working in project focused environments.
Candidates will learn how to explore management styles for agile projects. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how to manage agile projects responsibilities.The course includes both exams and is fully accredited by APMG International.
Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner is the highest level of Agile Project Management qualification offered by APMG and provides globally-recognised evidence of expertise in managing projects using Agile methods.
Agile Project Management is a framework for project management that emphases team-based cooperation, flexibility throughout the process and iterative development of the final product.
Agile theory began its life in software development, but the core principles can be applied to any kind of project-based work. A key feature of Agile PM® is the focus on constantly embracing change throughout the project, which is achieved through iterative development of the product, constant communication and the unique twist on the role of the project manager as a facilitating guide.
The aim of any Agile project is to deliver a product to the customers exact specifications, developed in such a way that any issues can be addressed without disrupting the process.
During our Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner course, you will learn all of the techniques necessary to master the framework, and will take two exams to become fully accredited by APMG International.
