Overview
Agile Foundation
The Agile Project Management Foundation course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 3 days. This course will help candidates gain qualifications to successfully pass the foundation exam. The agile management qualification is for those working in project focused environments.
Candidates will learn how to prepare and manage for an agile project. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how to maintain agile project control. The course includes both exams and is fully accredited by APMG International.
Agile Project Management Foundation is the highest level of the Agile qualifications offered by APMG and provides globally-recognised evidence of expertise in managing projects using Agile methods.
What is Agile?
Agile is a specialised set of rules and principles that help teams with a business respond to unpredictable changes. It dates back to the early 1990’s where the time it took to create an application from the business need being confirmed could be up to 3 years. Agile helps to reduce that time by using cross-functional teams and self- organisation.
Who can take the Agile Course?
Anyone should attend this course if they want to gain the skills and knowledge to pass the Agile Foundation exam. There are no entry requirement to take this course.

- This course should be attended by candidates interested in Project management.
Course structure
The course will last over 3 days assuming you choose classroom-based method to take the course. On the afternoon of the last day, you will be required to complete an hour exam to test what you have learnt during the course.
- Classroom training (3 days)
- Agile Foundation exam (1 hour)
Agile Exams
The exam will consist of 60 questions, all of which are multiple choice. You have an hour to complete the course and you must get 30 marks in order to pass the exam. Also, the exam is closed book.
Foundation Exam
- Multiple choice questions (60).
- 50% pass mark (30/60).
- 1 hour exam.
- Closed-book.
