Overview
This 3 day course gives delegates processes, documentation and other guidance for use in architect roles. The course prepares delegates for examination to the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Enterprise and Solution Architecture. NOTE however that examination for this Certificate is included ONLY for those who already hold the Intermediate Certificate.
The course helps attendees to understand architect roles in both higher level and strategic Enterprise Architecture and lower level and more tactical the Solution Architecture. At each level, the course provides a broad education crossing all architecture domains from business, through data and applications to technical infrastructure. Case study work is included.
Target Audience
Everybody interested in the concepts and practice of architecture. Especially people acting in architect roles, their clients and management.
However, attendees should have six years experience of IS/IT work including contact with architects and architecture descriptions. And it is generally recommend that people have previously attended either:
- the level 1 Enterprise & Solution Architecture course, or
- have a TOGAF 9 certificate.
