Introduction
The BCS accredited ITIL® Service Lifecycle – Continual Service Improvement Course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 3 days in IT Service Management. Candidates will develop previous knowledge gained from ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. In this course candidates will learn Continual Service fundamental aspects as well understanding the 7-Step improvement processes.
