Introduction
The BCS accredited ITIL® Service Lifecycle – Managing across the Lifecycle Course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 5 days in IT Service Management. This course will manage lifecycle approaches for managerial functions and risk management.

Pre-Requisites
- The candidate should have completed and passed ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management or Version 2 and 3 bridge equivalent. As well as this candidates should have gained 17 credits or more from a mixture of ITIL v3 units or v2 Practitioner.
