Overview
Introduction
This P3O® Foundation course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 3 days. This course will help candidates gain professional qualifications. P3O is for those working Project Management looking to gain new attributes.
Candidates will learn how to use tools and techniques. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how apply modelling tailoring.

- Candidates do not require any experience prior to attending the course.

- Classroom training (3 days)
- Foundation preparation (day 1 – 3)
- Exam on day 3
Exam structure
Foundation Exam
- Multiple choice
- 75 questions - 5 of the 75 questions are trial questions and are not counted towards the final grade
- 1 hour
- Closed book
- 30/70 pass mark (50%)
Pre-course Reading
- Read chapter 1 of the P3O® manual “Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices”
- 15 hours of study prior to the course start date
