Overview
Introduction
This P3O® Practitioner Upgrade course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 2 days. This course will help candidates gain professional qualifications. P3O is for those working Project Management looking to gain new attributes.
Candidates will learn how to use tools and techniques. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how apply modelling tailoring.
Pre-Requisites
- Candidates should have successfully passed and completed the P3O foundation exam.

- Exam on day 2
Exam structure
Foundation Exam
- Objective testing - multiple choice questions
- 4 questions, worth 20 marks each - 80 marks in total
- 40/80 pass mark (50%)
- Open book - the P3O® is permitted in the exam
- 150 minutes to complete the exam
Pre-course Reading
- Read chapter 1 of the P3O® manual “Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices”
- 15 hours of study prior to the course start date
