What do I need to do prior to attending the course?
As a pre-requisite to the course PMI® requires that you have either: A university degree and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education. or A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education
Is the exam taking during the same week and at the same venue?
No, the examination will be at a neutral venue from which you will have to contact PMI® directly to arrange and book. There is a set criteria which you will need prior to applying to take the PMP® exam (see above question)
What do I need to bring with me to the course?
We confirm that you only need to bring yourself along to the course as we will provide everything required for the course and exam preparation. All we ask is that you put in the effort required for you to achieve the desired results

PMP� Training:
The Project Management Professional (PMP)��is considered as the most popular of project management certifications. What is a PMP� Training Certification?
PMP� which stands for Project Management Professional is a globally recognised certification for project managers. The certification for PMP� training will demonstrate that you have the correct skills and knowledge rewired to efficiently lead and direct projects without errors.
CAPM� Certification:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)� allows the learning to show the understanding, terminology and processes in a controlled environment. The CAPM� training course is intended for those who would like to lead high profile projects and be given more responsibilities within the team. The learner can use these techniques to enhance their current skills within project management.
In to complete the CAPM� qualification, you must sit and pass a 200 multiple-choice questions within the given time of 4 hours. Although this may sound like quite a daunting and nerve-wracking task, globally trained professionals at Training Deals will ensure during the training prior to the exam that you are readily prepared and know exactly how to answer the questions and apply your knowledge in the questions during the exam, making you and every other delegate able to complete the exam comfortably within the 4 hour time frame.�
What is CAPM� certification?
CAPM� is an entry level certification that is tailored towards project practitioners and is provided by PMI� Certified Associate in Project Management. The certification is designed for individuals that have little or no project experience, a CAPM� certification demonstrates that you have the knowledge required to deliver effective project management.
Prerequisites
All delegates must have a good understanding of the basic principles of project management.
To apply for the PMP� exam, the PMI� requires that you have either:
A university degree and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
or
A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
Course Objectives
Understand and manage projects in an effective manner;
Understand the relevant Project Documents for each stage of the project lifecycle;
Understand and control the relationship between the individual, team and task;
Use Monitor & Control mechanisms for effective project tracking;
Course Format
This course is an intensive 5 day workshop resulting in a certificate for the 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) required to apply for the PMP� exam.
Delegates should be advised that they will be required to undertake individual assignments in the form of homework during the course.
