COURSE STRUCTURE
What will you learn during the Courses?

- How to manage stage boundary processes.
- How to apply changing themes.

Each course consists of a set number of days of teaching, followed by an exam.

There are two basic levels of examinations with PRINCE2® which must be completed in order. These are Foundation, and Practitioner. These examinations are designed to test whether the candidate has the skills required to become an effective member of a project management team.
