The Agile Foundation & Practitioner course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 4 days. This certification will help candidates gain qualifications to successfully pass the Agile exam. The agile training course is for those working in project focused environments. The course includes both exams and is fully accredited by APMG International.
Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner is the highest level of Agile Project Management qualification offered by APMG and provides globally-recognised evidence of expertise in managing projects using Agile methods.

Overview
Introduction
This P3O® Foundation & Practitioner course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 5 days. This course will help candidates gain professional qualifications. P3O is for those working Project Management looking to gain new attributes.
Candidates will learn how to use tools and techniques. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how apply modelling tailoring.
Pre-Requisites
- Candidates do not require any experience prior to attending the course.

- This course should be attended by candidates interested in Project management.
Course structure
- Classroom training (5 days)
- Foundation preparation (day 1 – 3)
- Practitioner preparation (day 4 – 5)
Exam structure
Foundation Exam
- Multiple choice
- 75 questions, 5 of the 75 questions are trial questions and will not be counted
- 1 hour
- Closed book
- Pass mark is 50% (40 out of 80)
Practitioner Exam
- Objective testing, multiple choice questions
- 4 questions (20 marks each)
- 2 and a half hours
- Pass mark is 50%
